How to Register Your Parrots Before Punjab Govt’s Deadline

The Punjab Wildlife and Parks Department has introduced a simple online registration process for parrot owners through the Punjab Automated System for Sustainability (PASS) app.

The registration is mandatory for several species — including Alexandrine, Rose-ringed, Plum-headed, and Grey-headed parrots — with a Rs. 1,000 fee per parrot.

Step 1: Download the App or Visit the Website

  • Search for “PASS – Punjab Automated System for Sustainability” on Google Play or App Store.

  • Or visit wildlife.punjab.gov.pk on your browser.

Step 2: Create an Account

  • Tap “Register Now” in the app.

  • Enter your CNIC, name, mobile number, and email, then set a password.

Step 3: Log In to PASS

  • Use your CNIC or mobile number and password to sign in.

Step 4: Select “Wildlife” → “Parrot Registration.”

Step 5: Enter Parrot Details

  • Add species name, number of parrots, age, color, and clear photos.

Step 6: Add Owner Information

  • Enter your address and contact details.

Step 7: Pay the Fee

  • Pay Rs. 1,000 via credit/debit card, Easypaisa, or JazzCash.

Step 8: Submit & Receive Confirmation

  • Review details and tap Submit.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation message and digital certificate soon.

⚠️ Deadline Reminder

🗓️ Registration closes on December 5, 2025.
After the deadline, keeping unregistered parrots may lead to legal action under wildlife protection laws.
