The Government of Pakistan has revised petroleum prices for the second half of November 2025, keeping petrol unchanged while increasing the rate of high-speed diesel.
According to the Finance Division, petrol (MS) will remain at Rs. 265.45 per liter. The price has been held steady despite earlier upward adjustments.
High-speed diesel (HSD), however, has been increased by Rs. 6 per liter, bringing the new price to Rs. 284.44 per liter, up from Rs. 278.44. The update has been issued based on recommendations from OGRA and the relevant ministries.
These prices will remain in effect from November 15 to November 30.
Two weeks earlier, petrol was raised by Rs. 2.43 per liter, while diesel saw an increase of Rs. 3.02 per liter during the previous review cycle.
The latest adjustment aims to align domestic fuel prices with international market trends and exchange rate fluctuations.
