The Punjab School Education Department has issued a new set of strict documentation requirements aimed at tightening the teacher transfer system, particularly for applicants seeking transfers under hardship categories.
Officials said the move is designed to eliminate forged paperwork, ensure fairness, and bring greater transparency to a process that has long faced complaints of misuse.
📌 Hardship Transfers: Mandatory Verified Documents
Teachers applying under hardship grounds must now provide:

An original NADRA Family Registration Certificate (FRC)

The department emphasized that no photocopies or unverified documents will be accepted under any circumstances.
🏥 Medical Transfers: Only One Hospital Allowed
For transfers on medical grounds, teachers must submit an authentic medical certificate issued specifically by Services Hospital. Certificates from any other hospital will no longer be considered valid.
👩🏫 Widows Must Provide Original Death Certificate
Widowed teachers will be required to submit the original death certificate of their spouse before their transfer cases can be processed.

The department issued a strong caution, stating that anyone found submitting fake or forged documentation will face strict disciplinary action, including possible suspension.
