Gold Prices Surge Again in Pakistan After Major Jump in Global Market

Gold prices in Pakistan continued their upward climb on Saturday, following a strong rally in the international market.

According to the All Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA), the price of 24k gold rose by Rs. 5,300, reaching Rs. 444,162 per tola.

Gold Prices Surge Again in Pakistan After Major Jump in Global Market

The 10-gram price also increased by Rs. 4,544, settling at Rs. 380,797.

This sharp rise comes after two days of stability, during which gold stayed at Rs. 438,862 per tola.

In the global market, spot gold surged by $53, touching $4,218 per ounce (including a $20 premium), indicating strong investor demand.

Silver prices also moved upward, with the per tola rate increasing by Rs. 267 to Rs. 5,909.
