Punjab Announces Starting Date for MBBS & BDS Quota Admissions

Applications for MBBS and BDS quota seats in Punjab’s medical and dental colleges will open on December 1, according to officials.

Candidates will submit their forms through the UHS online portal, and for the first time, students from other provinces can apply directly, without needing nomination letters.

Quota Seat Allocation

  • Islamabad: 26 MBBS, 4 BDS

  • Azad Jammu & Kashmir: 36 MBBS, 3 BDS

  • Gilgit-Baltistan: 55 MBBS, 5 BDS

  • Balochistan (Goodwill): 20 MBBS

  • Erstwhile FATA: 21 MBBS, 6 BDS

  • Balochistan – HEC Scholarship: 28 MBBS, 10 BDS

  • Former FATA – HEC Scholarship: 28 MBBS, 10 BDS

Applicants must have domicile of their respective region and meet the PM&DC eligibility criteria.

The online application window will remain open until December 15.

UHS has also set up a special help desk, led by Deputy Registrar (Public Affairs) Yasir Sultan, to guide and support students applying for quota seats.
