The Punjab Police has directed a special audit of all driving license centers across the province after a corruption scandal was exposed at the Liberty Khidmat Markaz Licensing Center in Lahore.
According to Express News, the Additional Inspector General (AIG) of Inspection has instructed all district police officers to conduct a comprehensive inspection of their respective licensing centers. Officers of the Superintendent of Police (SP) rank will lead these audits.

The directive further states that all audit reports, including findings and recommendations, must be submitted by November 25.
