The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has inaugurated its first-ever Women Registration Center (WRC) in Dera Ghazi Khan, marking a major milestone in women’s empowerment across South Punjab.

NADRA officials stated that these documents go beyond identification — they represent women’s access to financial independence, inheritance rights, and political participation.

The initiative is part of NADRA’s ongoing effort to ensure gender inclusivity in public services. By establishing women-only centers, NADRA aims to create equal opportunities for identity registration and empower women socially and economically across Pakistan.
