Now You Can Get Birth, Death & Marriage Certificates at Home Through NADRA App

Punjab residents can now get their birth, death and marriage certificates at home through NADRA’s Pak-ID mobile application. This comes after a new agreement between the Punjab Local Government Department and NADRA, allowing citizens to register all major life events at their local Union Councils while receiving the certificates digitally.

Once a birth, death or marriage is registered at the UC, the certificate will be available directly in the Pak-ID app, meaning no long office visits or queues.

The agreement was signed by Punjab Local Government Secretary Mian Shakeel Ahmed and NADRA Lahore Regional DG Fizza Shahid.

NADRA has also announced new winter timings for its centres in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa:

  • Regional & zonal offices: 8:30 am to 4:30 pm

  • Registration centres: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (single shift)

The authority has reminded parents to update their child’s B-Form after age three, as the old one becomes invalid. The updated photo B-Form can be made at any NADRA centre or directly through the Pak-ID app from home.
