According to the Housing Department, construction of 30,600 houses has already been completed under the program, while 105,700 families have been provided with loans to build their own homes. Additionally, 69,200 families have received their second installment to complete ongoing housing projects.
Officials stated that families who repay their loans within 1 to 3 years will receive a 20% discount, while those who complete repayment within 4 to 6 years will get a 10% discount. These incentives are designed to encourage early repayment and make home ownership easier for citizens.
With the new system, applicants can now register online directly from their homes, making the process faster, simpler, and more transparent.
